1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms represent a legally binding agreement between you (the business/administrator) and ARVGrow ReviewFlow. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our software tools.

2. Compliance & Legal Usage

As a Reputation Management System client, you agree to comply with all federal and local regulations regarding customer communications. Specifically:

• You must ensure that your review request automations do NOT gate negative feedback. In accordance with FTC guidelines and Google policies, all customers must receive identical review options.
• You must possess valid consent (opt-in) for every customer contact uploaded to our SMS and Email delivery pathways.
• You agree that ARVGrow ReviewFlow is not liable for regulatory penalties incurred due to non-compliant configurations or lack of customer consent.

3. Account Authentication & Security

Administrators must safeguard portal login credentials. We implement brute force lockouts and password hashing configurations. However, security of local admin endpoints remains the responsibility of the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

ARVGrow ReviewFlow, its developers, and ARVGrow digital marketing agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of search engine rankings or business reputation, arising from the use of this software application.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARVGrow operates, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
