  • Merchant Logs: Names, emails, business slugs, configuration variables, and custom branding logo details.
  • Reviewer Info: Contact details (names, phone numbers, email addresses) used to send SMS and email feedback surveys.
  • Usage Telemetry: Session clicks, view behaviors, browser agents, and hashed IP footprints are stored in relational database tables.

2. Information Security Protocols

We deploy industry-standard secure socket layers (SSL), input filters, and multi-factor validation tools to shield databases. Hashed encryption keys guard administrative authentication credentials. Relational data files are isolated in server-restricted project subfolders.

3. Telemetry Click Tracking

To verify solicitation and compliance performance, we log click events on star selections, accordion toggles, and modal redirections. This telemetry records only functional interaction indicators and session timestamps, never private identity files, ensuring complete safety.
