Privacy Policy
At ARVGrow ReviewFlow, we prioritize the protection and confidentiality of the databases shared by business clients and local reviewers. This privacy guidelines document lists the types of metadata gathered and logged when utilizing our platform.
1. Data Collection Channels
We process information required to manage the reviews engine:
- Merchant Logs: Names, emails, business slugs, configuration variables, and custom branding logo details.
- Reviewer Info: Contact details (names, phone numbers, email addresses) used to send SMS and email feedback surveys.
- Usage Telemetry: Session clicks, view behaviors, browser agents, and hashed IP footprints are stored in relational database tables.
2. Telemetry and Event Tracking
We log customer events anonymously (such as clicking the feedback widget or toggling the dynamic FAQ answers) to provide merchants with accurate conversion analytics. All diagnostic event payloads are logged safely inside SQLite backends.
3. Information Storage Rules
Reviewer contact data is cached for the sole purpose of dispatching SMS and email templates. We enforce scheduled cleanups: all raw customer logs are permanently purged from database records 90 days after delivery completion. We never monetize or rent customer contact files to marketing lists.
4. Compliance Frameworks
Our software is designed to operate in full compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and search engine policies. ReviewFlow does not implement gating blocks. Every feedback solicitation includes an active path to write reviews on Google, regardless of star selection ratings.
